We also want to provide you with the very best service and allow you to get a refund if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Because we don't want to pull funds from the donations that we already sent, we request that any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 25 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 25 days after the estimated delivery date.
